Who Are We
As a certified professional chef, Hans has been gaining and applying his skills in well-established kitchens such as Greystones. He also worked in many specialized boutique restaurants in the greater Toronto area. Prior to that, he spent three decades in Europe learning about and cooking many tasty dishes.
Our Goal
We are very motivated to bring diverse quality food to a convenient location in an outdoor nature setting. We hope that the European touch mixed with the modern Canadian combination of food will lead you to encounter taste buds you did not know you had!
We do not simply aim to provide a little bit of nourishment. Our food portions are large enough to be a full meal for an adult. My son’s favourite sandwich, the Chicken Schnitzel, is a testament to the portion, freshness and overall quality standard we strive to provide daily.
