Our European Food Story
The European food journey started in 1985 when Hans decided to become a chef! Having the motivation to learn many different ways of creating top-quality cuisines, he garnered experience traveling Europe in the 90's to learn the secrets of a dozen restaurants in Germany, Switzerland, France, and the Netherlands, to name a few.After nearly 3 decades of applying his skills, he immigrated to Canada in 2008 and yet again learned new restaurant secrets in many Ontario restaurants. You now have the opportunity to taste amazing dishes from this unique master of a cook!
